牛初(chu)乳凍(dong)幹(gan)工藝流(liu)程(cheng):
1)采(cai)收(shou)與處理:選擇(ze)高品(pin)質的(de)牛初(chu)乳進行采(cai)集(ji)後通(tong)過過(guo)濾(lv)裝置去除(chu)雜(za)質和微(wei)生物(wu),然(ran)後(hou)進行調(tiao)配、濾(lv)液、精(jing)濾(lv)等。
2)冷(leng)凍(dong)分析(xi):采(cai)用冷(leng)凍(dong)分析(xi)技(ji)術,將凈(jing)化(hua)後的(de)牛初(chu)乳在(zai)低(di)溫環境下進行冷(leng)凍(dong)處理,同(tong)時(shi)滅(mie)活(huo)細菌(jun)和病毒,以保(bao)證牛初(chu)乳本(ben)身的(de)安(an)全(quan)性及質量,使(shi)之(zhi)處於未經反(fan)應(ying)狀(zhuang)態。
3)凍(dong)幹(gan)處理:將處理好的(de)牛初(chu)乳液態進入到牛初(chu)乳凍(dong)幹(gan)機(ji)設(she)備(bei)中(zhong),進行低(di)溫冷(leng)凍(dong)結(jie)晶(jing),而(er)後(hou)在(zai)真(zhen)空(kong)條(tiao)件下,凍(dong)幹(gan)機(ji)設(she)備(bei)將牛初(chu)乳中(zhong)的(de)水(shui)分直(zhi)接從(cong)固態轉(zhuan)變(bian)為(wei)氣態,這個(ge)過程(cheng)被稱為(wei)升華(hua),去掉冰晶(jing)中(zhong)的(de)水(shui)分,使(shi)牛初(chu)乳的(de)營養成(cheng)分得(de)到(dao)保(bao)存。
凍(dong)幹(gan)牛初(chu)乳可選(xuan)用Pilot50-55E凍(dong)幹(gan)機(ji),凍(dong)幹(gan)面(mian)積(ji)為(wei)5㎡,單(dan)次(ci)液(ye)體處理量100升,隔板(ban)溫度≤-55℃,可選(xuan)配≤-65℃;冷(leng)阱(jing)溫(wen)度≤-85℃,捕水(shui)能力(li)達到(dao)≥100公斤,極限(xian)真(zhen)空(kong)度≤1pa
