PRODUCTS CENTER使用凍(dong)幹(gan)機凍(dong)幹(gan)粉(fen)針(zhen)劑時,常(chang)常(chang)會出(chu)現(xian)萎縮(suo)不(bu)良品(pin)。其(qi)主(zhu)要原(yuan)因有(you)以(yi)下幾(ji)點1.凍(dong)幹(gan)制(zhi)品(pin)出(chu)現(xian)萎(wei)縮(suo)不(bu)良品(pin)比較大的影(ying)響(xiang)因(yin)素是凍(dong)幹(gan)曲線(xian)的選(xuan)擇(ze),從原(yuan)理上看(kan),預(yu)凍(dong)的(de)過(guo)程(cheng)以(yi)及(ji)升(sheng)華幹(gan)燥階(jie)段(duan)較為重要。預(yu)凍(dong)不(bu)*,有(you)部(bu)分(fen)溶(rong)液(ye)還(hai)未(wei)*形(xing)成(cheng)固(gu)態(tai),在升(sheng)華過(guo)程(cheng)中極(ji)易溶(rong)解(jie)周(zhou)圍(wei)的制(zhi)品(pin),從(cong)而導(dao)致(zhi)全(quan)部(bu)萎(wei)縮(suo),升(sheng)華幹(gan)操階(jie)段(duan)如果升(sheng)溫過(guo)快(kuai),或由(you)於板(ban)層(ceng)溫(wen)度(du)差異(yi)太大,導(dao)致(zhi)制(zhi)品(pin)還(hai)有(you)較大水分(fen)時(shi),超過(guo)制(zhi)品(pin)共熔(rong)點或部(bu)分(fen)共熔(rong)點就會引起(qi)制(zhi)品(pin)萎(wei)縮(suo)。2.工(gong)藝處方產生(sheng)制(zhi)品(pin)萎(wei)縮(suo)的(de)另(ling)外壹個很(hen)重(zhong)要的(de)原(yuan)因,是由(you)於凍(dong)幹(gan)溶(rong)液(ye)濃(nong)度(du)不(bu)當(dang)引起(qi)的(de),壹般溶(rong)液(ye)的重(zhong)量(liang)濃(nong)度(du)控制(zhi)在10-15%之間(jian)為宜(yi),低於5%可適當(dang)添(tian)加(jia)賦(fu)形(xing)劑(如甘(gan)露(lu)醇、右(you)旋(xuan)糖(tang)醇、乳(ru)精等(deng))提(ti)高其(qi)濃(nong)度(du)。若(ruo)濃(nong)度(du)過高,則(ze)應控制(zhi)其(qi)厚度(du),壹般在10 --15mm為(wei)宜(yi)。3.設(she)備凍(dong)幹(gan)機的(de)性能也是很(hen)重(zhong)要的(de)因(yin)素.好的凍(dong)幹(gan)機制(zhi)冷(leng)效(xiao)果(guo)強(qiang)、真(zhen)空(kong)度(du)好,板(ban)層(ceng)溫(wen)度(du)分(fen)布均(jun)勻,各參數控制(zhi),制(zhi)品(pin)異(yi)物數(shu)就(jiu)減少(shao)反之則(ze)多。通(tong)過實驗不(bu)難(nan)看(kan)出(chu),確定(ding)好的(de)工(gong)藝處方和凍(dong)幹(gan)曲線(xian),再(zai)選(xuan)擇(ze)好的(de)凍(dong)幹(gan)機,就(jiu)能夠較大限(xian)度(du)的減少(shao)凍(dong)幹(gan)制(zhi)品(pin)中(zhong)的(de)萎(wei)縮(suo)不(bu)良品(pin)的(de)數(shu)量(liang),從(cong)而提(ti)高凍(dong)幹(gan)產(chan)品(pin)的(de)成(cheng)品(pin)率。
